We offer specialized Falcon jet inspection services backed by decades of hands-on experience as both operators and maintainers. Whether you’re scheduling an annual or preparing for a pre-buy, we bring an unmatched level of precision, accountability, and insight to every inspection.

We are a certified airframe repair facility (CRS XVOR782X), and we focus exclusively on Dassault Falcon aircraft. That includes the 7X, F10/100, F20/200, F50/50EX, F900/900EX, and F2000/2000EX. Our team understands the unique needs of legacy Falcons because we’ve flown them, maintained them, and helped keep them flying for over 20 years.

Located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, our 50,000+ sq. ft. facility allows us to handle multiple inspections simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail. We deliver fast, thorough work with open communication every step of the way.

B & C Checks

• Full Access Airframe Inspections: Disassembly and removal of interior furnishings, access panels, and exterior flight control surfaces as required to inspect primary and secondary structures, landing gear, flight control systems, and electrical wiring installations.
• Structural and Corrosion Assessments: In-depth inspection of high-risk corrosion areas and structural stress points, including wing boxes, fuselage frames, stringers, longerons, and floor beams. We perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) (such as Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, and Dye Penetrant methods) where applicable.
• Systems Functional Checks: Comprehensive operational testing of hydraulic, fuel, environmental control, flight control, and electrical systems to validate functionality and reliability post-inspection.
• Service Bulletin (SB) and Airworthiness Directive (AD) Compliance: Incorporation of any due SBs and ADs during the check cycle to minimize downtime and enhance aircraft safety and performance.
• Interior Refurbishment Options: If desired, we can coordinate interior upgrades, soft goods replacement, or cabin refurbishment during downtime to optimize aircraft availability.
• Corrosion Mitigation and Repair: When corrosion is detected, our in-house structures team performs FAA-approved repairs and treatments to restore airworthiness.
• Detailed Digital Reporting: Clients receive a complete post-inspection report including discrepancy findings, corrective actions, parts replacement records, and maintenance release certification.
